1. The production of oil-immersed transformers should attach great importance to product quality
The selection of materials such as oil, insulating paper, cardboard, wooden insulating parts, and insulating varnish for oil-immersed transformers, the welding of oil tank joints, the processing and assembly of iron cores and winding bushings, etc., should strictly control the technology of each process and each link. Quality, and carefully conduct factory tests. Any unqualified products are not allowed to leave the factory, ensuring that every oil-immersed transformer leaves the factory as a qualified product.
2. The user should check and accept the oil-immersed transformer pressure in a timely and serious manner
Check the nameplate of the oil-immersed transformer, such as primary and secondary voltage, capacity, wiring group, etc. If it complies with the regulations; check whether the oil level is clearly visible, whether the oil level is consistent with the environment, whether the glass membrane plate on the safety airway as a decompression surface is intact, whether the oil storage tank is leaking, whether the hygroscopic agent on the breathing tube or installed on the breathing tube Whether the moisture-absorbing material below is invalid, whether there are cracks and oil leakage in the casing, whether there is oil leakage in the fuel tank, what is the position and contact condition of the tap changer, and whether all the lead wires are in good condition, check the core bolts and each phase of the transformer with a megameter Insulation resistance between windings.
3. Installation of oil-immersed transformer
(1) For oil-immersed transformers installed indoors, ventilation should be considered during design and construction.
(2) The installation position of the oil-immersed transformer should be considered to facilitate the operation of inspection instruments (such as oil meters, gas relays, electric contact thermometers, etc.). ) and collect oil samples. In addition, it is convenient to check the oil level of the oil storage tank and the bushing under the live condition.(3) For small oil-immersed transformers, the selection of fuses and fuses on the high-voltage side and low-voltage side should be correct, and the installation work should be in place. Some large and medium-sized oil-immersed transformers should be properly equipped with relay protection control devices. When various short-circuits occur in type transformers or load-side line problems, it can accurately, quickly and selectively cut off the system fault analysis line.
(4) Check whether the gas relay installed on the top of the oil-immersed transformer between the oil tank and the oil tank cover is in a normal state.
(5) The installation (buried) and connection of the grounding device in the installation of oil-immersed transformer must be firm and reliable. The grounding resistance of oil-immersed transformers with a capacity less than 100kVA should not be greater than 10Ω.
4. Installation of lightning protection device
The grounding wire of the arrester should be connected to the low-voltage neutral point of the oil-immersed transformer and the grounding bolt on the tank wall. The oil-immersed transformer of 3 ~ 10kVY/Yo or y/y grounded distribution network in Dolly area should install a set of arresters on the low-voltage side to prevent lightning waves from invading from the low-voltage side. When the neutral point on the low-voltage side is not grounded, a valve arrester should also be installed.
5. Equipped with necessary protective devices.
Such as over-current quick-break devices, thermometers used for electric contacts, etc., as well as voltmeters, ammeters, power meters, etc., with accurate measurement data and appropriate range selection, and the switching control switch of the instrument system should be reliable.
