The kinematic viscosity analyzer measures the kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque liquids including crude oil, light and heavy fuel oil, lubricating oil, additives, and waste oil. It is also suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of samples with high wax content, or samples containing components that do not melt at room temperature. Can be widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, commodity inspection and scientific research and other departments.
Kinematic viscosity analyzer is mainly composed of stirrer, capillary viscosity fixture, temperature controller, heater, lighting lamp, mercury thermometer, bathtub, cooling fan and so on.
maintenance:
1. The viscometer should be placed on a firm and flat horizontal workbench.
2. The instrument should be stored in a dry place and protected from dust.
3. Do not block the gaps and openings on the instrument, they are used for ventilation to prevent the machine from overheating.
4. Do not place the machine near a radiator or in a place that cannot be properly ventilated.
5. Ensure the connection reliability of each part of the instrument before starting the machine. Please do not switch the power supply continuously. The interval between continuous switching power supplies must be more than 10 seconds to avoid damage to components.
6. When turning off the kinematic viscometer, please confirm that all mechanical moving parts are in place, and shut down the Windows operating system correctly, and then turn off the power.
7. Before cleaning the instrument, please unplug the power plug of the instrument. Do not use liquid or spray cleaners, use a damp cloth for cleaning.
8. Try to avoid vibration when the instrument is transported to protect the precision parts.
9. When the test is infrequent, turn on the machine once a week to protect the instrument.
