I.Overview
The liquid phase rust tester is designed and manufactured according to GB/T11143 and ASTM D665, which is used to measure the corrosion ability of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil and other oils on metal and evaluate the anti-corrosion performance of additives. It achieves high precision constant temperature control and convenient experimental operation.
The instrument will be 300mL sample and 30mL distilled water or synthetic sea water mixed, the cylindrical test steel rod all immersed in it, at 60℃ into stirring. Usually the test period is 24h, or the test can be carried out according to the time period required by the contract parties. After the end of the test period, the corrosion marks and the degree of corrosion of the test steel rod were observed. It can be widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, commodity inspection, universities and scientific research and other departments.
