I.Overview
HZZQ-5191 Micro Method Automatic Vapor Pressure Tester is suitable for rapidly testing the total vapor pressure of air-containing volatile liquid petroleum products using micro samples under reduced pressure. This instrument is an advanced and intelligent automatic test instrument integrating the latest pressure sensing technology, mechanical, electrical and software design. And various petroleum products saturated vapor pressure testing institutions and other units and occasions. This instrument is suitable for testing liquid petroleum products with a boiling point higher than 0°C and a vapor pressure of 7kPa~130kPa at 37.8°C and a gas-liquid ratio of 4:1.

III. Features of the instrument
1. The instrument is a small, desktop structure, the instrument shell adopts metal anodizing process, high-end atmosphere.
2. Embedded computer, full Chinese interface, color LCD touch screen control.
3. The self-developed test software realizes the micro-quantification, rapidity, intelligence and automation of the saturated vapor pressure test, eliminates human interference, and the test results are accurate and reliable.
4. The test sample is micro-quantified, and each test oil sample is 3mL; the test process is fast, and each test time is about 7 minutes.
5. When the test is over, it will automatically convert and give the saturated vapor pressure result of the Reid method.
6. Efficient and fast database function, which can easily check and use the saved experimental results.
