I. Overview
Flash point: under the specified test conditions, when testing with the specified method, the vapor of the test sample can be ignited instantaneously by using the test flame, and the flame spreads to the entire liquid surface, and is corrected to the lowest temperature of the test sample under 1013kPa atmospheric pressure.
Principle of Closed Flash Point Detection by Low Temperature Balance Method:Inject the specified volume of test sample into the test cup maintained at the expected flash point temperature of the tested material. After the specified time, ignite and observe whether flash occurs at different temperature points. Continue the test with the newly taken sample until the flash point is measured and the specified sensitivity is reached.
