I. Introduction
Antioxidant content tester is a test equipment established according to GB/T7602 SH/T 0802-2007 ASTM D2668 standard. The principle is to use the principle of infrared spectroscopy to test the antioxidant content of insulating oil. II. Features
(1) Highly stable optical system
The integrated design of the optical table, the overall mold forming, the main components are positioned at one time, and no later adjustment is required, which greatly improves the mechanical stability and long-term reliability of the instrument.
(2) High-performance electronic system
The new 24-bit A/D conversion technology, combined with imported high-sensitivity DLATGS detector, ensures true and reliable data, real-time acquisition and high-speed transmission.
(3) High-precision optical system
The integrally formed gold-plated corner mirror has good matching consistency of the corner mirror, and the reflective surface is enlarged, which ensures higher luminous flux and high reflectivity; the vertical precision of each surface of the corner mirror is high, and it is free from bonding and will not be affected by the ambient temperature, improving the instrument stability.
(4)Intelligent protection system
The airtight interferometer design enables quick identification of humidity conditions, which reduces the operator's workload for instrument maintenance, and reminds users to replace the desiccant in time through the obvious color change, solving the hidden dangers in the use of infrared. The desiccant can be replaced without opening the cover.
(5) Diversified accessories selection
The process of accessory replacement and experimental installation is simple, and the large sample compartment can easily expand other infrared accessories, such as ATR accessories, gas cells, liquid cells, polarization accessories, etc.
