I. Introduction
Contact Resistance Tester , also known as micro-ohmmeter and contact resistance tester , is specially developed by our company to measure the contact resistance of various high-voltage switches, high-voltage circuit breaker contact resistance, connection resistance of metal welding components, metal conductor loop resistance, Meter of precision micro-ohm resistance.
This instrument takes high-speed microcontroller as the core , combines high-precision A/D converter , digital measurement technology, anti-power frequency interference technology , and advanced program- controlled current source technology, so that the built-in large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery produces no ripple. DC current, the maximum output is 220A, and the output current can be fine-tuned every 2.5A steps, up to 87 current gears, to meet the multi-current gear test; at the same time, you can set the time ( 10s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s ) Continuously output large current test, can test with high precision , high stability , and high intelligence in strong interference environment ; in circuit design , it has functions such as open circuit protection and overheat protection .
The instrument adopts 5.6-inch color LCD display, Chinese and English operation interface, which is clear and intuitive; it is also equipped with standard resistors, and the accuracy of the instrument can be self-checked before the formal test; the instrument has wide measuring range , large data storage capacity, strong anti-interference ability, and simple operation , Handheld, small size, easy to carry, etc. It can also be equipped with a printer for data printing.
